So ever since i started wearing the ‘why not?’ wristband, I haven’t taken it off. I’ve worn it in every workout at college and i always look down at it for motivation. I tend to get really anxious and nervous before my day’s even started and i feel like this can go multiple ways. Like why not have a great day today? what’s holding you back?
