Carson was always the one stirring up something fun or spontaneous. He was the go-to in our friend group, the person we looked to when we couldn’t decide what to do. There was never a dull moment when he was around. He truly lived every second with purpose and joy.

Carson inspired me in more ways than I can count, but what stood out most was his energy. He constantly encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, to try new things, and to never let fear hold me back. He reminded me to live fully and fearlessly.

I’ve had a bucket list for a while of things I have always wanted to do but kept putting off. Last year, I decided to finally take that leap(literally). For my birthday, I drove solo to Virginia and went skydiving. It was one of the most thrilling and beautiful experiences of my life. I felt everything.. nerves, joy, peace and I still think about that moment often.

It became my big “why not?” moment.

I use that phrase all the time now, and every time I do, I think of Carson. He left a lasting mark on my life, and I’ll never stop being grateful for the way he pushed me to live boldly and the way he loved every moment
So here’s to Carson and to never being afraid to be yourself and go outside your comfort zone 💛
Love you forever
